ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and quash the Charge sheet in C.C.No.327 of 2005 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Madurai.

2. The petitioner herein is working as an office assistant. He has been arrayed as A.1 in C.C.No.327 of 2005 for the alleged offences under Sections 409, 420, 465, 468, 471 read with 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with the other accused committed fraud and forgery by manipulating the records.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ possible for the petitioner to do the same.

5. This Court is not inclined to accept the said contention. This is the matter for trial. Suffice it is to state that perusal of the charge sheet would show the alleged involvement of the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, all the issues are left open to the trial Court to decide the same. Having taken into consideration of the facts and circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.327 of 2005 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
