ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the third respondent to issue the non-traceable certificate to the petitioner based on his complaint dated 16.08.2023 and by considering his representation dated 13.02.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2025 would be considered based on the Circular of the Director General of Police in Rc.No. 2029209/General.1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022 within a period of four weeks.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2025 based on the aforesaid Circular and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
