ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in 1/4

Crl.M.P.No.70 of 2020 dated 28.10.2021 on the file of the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sivagiri, taking cognizance in C.C.No.212 of 2021 on the basis of the private complaint for the offence under Sections 451, 365, 294(b), 323, 342 and 506(1) IPC as against the petitioner/first accused.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they may be permitted to withdraw this case and the learned Magistrate may be directed to complete the trial within the time stipulated by this Court. He would further submit that the defacto complainant has not been appearing continuously and hence, the case is being adjourned again and again without any progress.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, is directed to proceed with the trial in C.C.No.212 of 2021 and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
