This petition has been filed praying to call for the records in Crime No.45 of 2013, on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Nagercoil and to quash the same as illegal and abuse of process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and it was closed as 'action dropped'.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is closed. The first respondent is directed to serve the closure report to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already given.
