This petition is filed to quash the impugned show cause notice issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/4364/2013, dated 25.07.2013.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learend Government Advocate (Crl. Side)for the respondents 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the prayer sought for has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
