ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection at the time of removal of encroachment made in petitioner's house near alley situated at Center Street, Varaganeri, Trichy, Trichy District, by following the order, dated 14.09.2022, passed by the learned II Additional District Judge, Trichy, Trichy District, in O.S.No.1440 of 2015.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the petition given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and that the same was closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
