ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent herein to comply with the order dated 24.03.2023 made in Cr.M.P.No.1005 of 2022 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,Sattur,Virudhunagar District and to file Charge Sheet in Cr.No.57 of 2021.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though further investigation was ordered by the trial Court that was not properly complied.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, further investigation has been undertaken and final report was filed on 26.08.2023, implicating 10 persons for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.283 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattus, Virudhunagar District. Now it is posted for appearance of accused persons. 2/4

4.In view of the above said submissions, this court is of the view that this petition has been filed unnecessarily. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as unnecessary.
