Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 29.07.2025 and to direct the respondents to accept the surrender of one secondary grade teacher post by the 5th respondent school authorities and thereby direct the respondents to sanction and regularize the petitioners post in the 5th respondent school from 13.07.2009 as a Physical Education Teacher or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 29.07.2025 and to direct the respondents to accept the surrender of one secondary grade teacher post by the 5th respondent school authorities and thereby direct the respondents to sanction and regularize the petitioners post in the 5th respondent school from 13.07.2009 as a Physical Education Teacher. 2/4

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 29.07.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
