ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 17.04.2024, made in W.P(MD)No.9402 of 2024.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent relied upon the averments made in the counter affidavit and submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and the entire payment was already paid to the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.

3. In view of the above facts, in my considered opinion that no further adjudication is required in the contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
