The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 herein to provide Police protection to the life of the petitioner and his workers.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. 2/4

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
