The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.334 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.117 of 2025 and it is pending on the file of the PCR Court, Tenkasi. 2/4

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
