ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to conduct further investigation of the FIR in Crime No.214 of 2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent police and to include all the offences committed by the accused, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.11.2023.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that no proper penal provision is included in the First Information Report and some of the accused person is not mentioned in the same.

3. Considering the grievance expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the third respondent visit the hospital, where the petitioner is admitted, record further statement of the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law in the light of the further statement be given by the petitioner.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
