ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 140(2), 309(4) and 311 of BNS @ 61(2), 140(2), 309(4) and 311 of BNS, in Crime No.21 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. Two earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.14068 of 2024 and 18696 of 2024 were dismissed as withdrawn by this Court by orders dated 27.08.2024 and 29.10.2024. The petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail petition on the ground that this Court has enlarged A1 on bail by order dated 11.11.2024 in Crl.OP(MD). No.19377 of 2024.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the seriousness of allegations made against the accused person and also considering the fact that this is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner without any change in circumstances and the petitioner cannot take advantage of the order granting bail to A1 after he was arrested, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
