The instant writ petition has been filed by an Anganwadi worker, seeking a mandamus to direct the first respondent to promote and appoint her in the post of Office Assistant.

2. The petitioner, seeking the said benefits, has sent a representation to the first respondent herein on 17.07.2023. Since, the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. This Court, without going into the merits of this writ petition, directs the first respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
