O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to enquire the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.08.2023 and 17.10.2023, on its own merits.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the complaint was given on 17.10.2023 and the previous complaint was given on 23.08.2023, there is no proper action taken by the respondents No.1 and 2.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared. Finding that it is a business transaction issue between the parties and a suit is also pending between the parties in O.S.No.21 of 2021 before the District Munsif Court, Sivakasi, it was closed, advising the parties to workout their remedy in the pending civil suit itself. 2/4

4. Let the above said closure report be served upon the petitioner. So that she can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved.
