ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner had obtained passport in the year 1994. According to the petitioner, his actual date of birth is 10.07.1977. However, it was wrongly entered as 12.06.1972. The petitioner was a minor during the relevant time. Therefore, I will not put the circumstance against the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent on 05.12.2023 at 03.00 P.M. The petitioner shall place all the relevant materials to show that his actual date of birth is 10.07.1977. If the respondent satisfies about the genuineness of the date of birth of the petitioner, appropriate corrections will be made in the passport. The petitioner shall not be called upon to produce the first passport obtained by him. I am showing this indulgence only for the reason that he appears to have been a minor in the year 1994. 2/4
