PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Refusal Check Slip in RFL / Musiri/ 139/ 2022 dated 05.12.2022 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the Sale deed dated 30.11.2022 executed by the petitioners 1 to 4 herein in favour of one A.Kathirvel son of Angamuthu (purchaser of the above said property).
