2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a suit in O.S.No.42 of 2021 filed by the third respondent before the District Munsif Court, Valliyoor, is still pending. The case in Crime No.557 of 2023 is also registered against the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent is also pending. Further he would submit that pending the above said criminal as well as the civil process, the second respondent is threatening the petitioner not to enter into the property, which is under dispute.

3. The second respondent shall not intervene into the civil dispute pending between the parties before the District Munsif Court, Valliyoor. In respect of the First Information Report in Crime No.557 of 2023 only, the second respondent can make investigation. For that purpose, let the petitioner appear before the second respondent Police and co-operate with him to complete the process of investigation.

4. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
