PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to inspect and conduct survey in the petitioner's property under S.No.542/36B of Illuppur Village, Illuppur Taluk, Pudukkottai District by correlating the Sale Deed dated 28.02.2007 bearing Document No.198/2007 in the light of the 3rd respondent proceedings in Oo.Mu.A3/3999/2021 dated 23.08.2021 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to pass final order in the petitioner appeal dated 09.08.2021 pending before the 3rd respondent within a time stipulated by this Court. 1/3
