ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law, on basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.11.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent is civil in nature. He further submitted that earlier the petitioner has approached this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9768 of 2023, which came to be disposed of in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 20270 of 2022, dated 23.11.2022 to work out their remedy through civil Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent Police will conduct enquiry and complete the same within a period of two weeks. 2/4

4.Let the second respondent police complete the enquiry and close the same by complying the above said earlier order, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
