ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to pass a direction to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.349 of 2011 on the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 4th respondent or any other competent agency.

2.The offence has taken place on September 2011. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the Superintendent of Police, Pudukkottai, had issued proceedings dated 17.05.2018, nominating Thiru G.Devaraj, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Social Justice and Human Rights, Pudukkottai as a new Investigating Officer. He is now present before me. He has collected all the relevant papers from the earlier Investigating Officer.
