By relying on a partition deed dated 29.02.1990, the petitioner states that he is entitled to a patta in respect of the land in survey No. 266/15A2. Learned counsel refers to the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 02.09.2003 at page No.37 of the typed set. By referring to page No. 38, he points out that patta No.1047 does not contain the name of the pattathar.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request would be considered provided he submits all relevant documents.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to forward the copies of the documents in support of the representation dated 08.08.2025 to the Tahsildar within one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt thereof, the 2/4

petitioner's request shall be considered and disposed of on merits within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of such documents. No costs.
