ORDER

The petitioner has filed this application for transferring D.V.C.No. 48 of 2021 pending on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Karur tothe learned Additional Mahila Court, Perambalur on the ground that the first petitioner's wife sister, namely, Muthamilselvi is working as Shrisdar in Principal District and Sessions Court, Karur.

2. H.M.O.P.No.146 of 2021 was pending on the file of Family Court, Perambular. The petitioner had also attempted to transfer the case after an order came to be passed in Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.536 of 2022.

3. Considering the fact that H.M.O.P.No.146 of 2021 also been directed to transfer from Family Court, Perambalur to Sub Court, Karur, there is no merit in transfer the case to any other Court in Perambalur. Liberty is however given to the petitioner to file appropriate application, if any biased is noticed.

4. The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
