ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR comprised in Crime No.593 of 2020, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagerkoil has recorded that the charge sheet has not been filed, within the stipulated time and hence the same is barred by limitation under Section 468 Cr.P.C. He would further submit that the respondent police has filed a report stating that since the Jurisdictional Court has closed the case as barred by time, they have decided to stop the investigation. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
