To prefer this memorandum of grounds of appeal suit against the Judgment and Decree dated 27/07/2002 in OS.99/2004 on the file of District Court, Karur. ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GOVINDARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.H.LAKSHMI SHANKAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent Nos.21 to 24, the court made the following order:- The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to exempt the appellant from the necessity of substituting the legal heirs of the deceased 10th respondent in A.S(MD)No.184 of 2007.

2. Today (05.09.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not pressing this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/3
