Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has set up a gas agency under Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) at the petition mentioned site. The petitioner has applied to the third respondent for land use conversion and for planning approval. Power to grant approval has been delegated in favour of the fourth respondent. The application though addressed to the third respondent is presently on the file of the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/5

this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
