O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.76 of 2023, dated 13.08.2023 and to file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that in the course of investigation, it was found that it is an exaggerated complaint, on that ground, it was closed as mistake of fact. RCS notice was also served upon the petitioner.

3. If the petitioner wants another copy, he can also get the same from learned Government Advocate. Let the above said final report be submitted before the concerned trial Court immediately, so that the petitioner can workout the remedy there itself.
