ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent Not to Harass the petitioner except under process of law. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. seeking direction to the respondent herein to conduct the enquiry, it was ordered. In pursuance of the above said order, notice was issued ot the petitioner. Without responding the same, this petition has been filed. 3.Even though it is business transaction, there was some issue between the defacto complainant and the petitioner. They also filed Insolvency petition before the concerned Court. The defacto complainant appeared before the civil Court and also filed counter. In spite of that the above said complaint has been given by the third respondent. Whatever it may be since no interim protection was granted by the civil Court, I find no reason to entertain this petition. This petition deserves to be 2/4

dismissed.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 16.11.2023 NCC :
