This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.200 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent as illegal. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli and the same is taken on file as C.C.No.152 of 2023.
