O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the complaint and take action against the erring officials, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.12.2022.

2. Today, When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint has been forwarded to District Collector, Sivagangai District and copy also marked to Thasildar for making enquiry with regard to the averments made in the complaint, since they are the competent authorities to make an enquiry and the petitioner shall wait till the disposal of the enquiry.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the Competent Authority to complete the enquiry in the complaint dated 17.12.2022 within a period 2/5

of three months from the date of copy of this order and also communicate the enquiry report to the petitioner, after the disposal of the complaint. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
