ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989, Tiruchirappalli to dispose the bail application and recall application of the petitioner on merits on the same day on his surrender in Spl.S.C.No.52 of 2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner had earlier filed Crl.O.P. (MD).No.7968 of 2025 for similar prayer, which was ordered on 29.04.2025; that thereafter, the petitioner sought for extension of time to surrender before the Special Court, which was ordered on 10.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7091 of 2025; and that despite the same, the petitioner had not surrendered. 2/4

3. Inspite of the orders of this Court, the petitioner had not surrendered before the Special Court. Hence, there cannot be a second petition seeking similar prayer.
