ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute exists between the petitioner and the third respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the petitioner was summoned and after enquiry, the petitioner has given an undertaking to repay the amount within a particular time and that since he has not repaid the amount, the third respondent has again preferred the complaint. On that basis, the second respondent had issued summons to the petitioner, dated 12.12.2022, directing her to appear before the respondent police on 16.12.2022. He would further submit that there existed a money dispute pending between the parties and that the second 2/4

respondent has already decided to close the complaint. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
