ORDER

This Contempt Petition case has been filed by the Petitioner for willful disobedience of the Court's order dated 28.08.2023 in W.P.(MD). No.20885 of 2023.

2. During the hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent has placed a copy of the order dated 03.02.2025 and would submit that the Respondent paid an amount of Rs.64,401/- to the Petitioner, in compliance of the order of this Court, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner also endorsed to the same.

3. In my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition case. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
