Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.20 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on receiving secret information the respondent police has conducted a raid and at that time, the petitioner herein and other accused have illegally found in possession of 2 kgs of ganja. Hence the case.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the serious nature of allegations made against the petitioner and also considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
