(M).Confdl.No.37/2025 dated 12.05.2025 to take medical treatment in a priate hospital namely ''Kidney Care Centre, Tirunelveli'' as in-patient till he gets recovered.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed seeking to release the detenue, who is confined at Central Prison at Palayamkottai, under preventive detention by the second respondent vide detention order dated 12.05.2025.

2. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the detenue required medical treatment for his kidney problem.

3. We had directed that he may be examined by the Medical Board at Tirunelveli Medical College and Hospital. We have received a report dated 11.11.2025, which indicates that he had been examined by the Professor and HOD, the Department of General Medicine, the Professor of Medicine-Chief Civil Surgeon, the Assistant Professor, the Department of General Medicine, all at Tirunelveli Medical College, Tirunelveli, and also by the Medical Officer, Central Prison, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli. It is stated that he has been given treatment and he has been admitted as in-patient and continuous medication is being done. It is also stated that as on date he is stable. Hence, no further orders 2/3

are required in this petition and this petition is closed.
