(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN.,J) This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.29708 of 2024, dated 10.12.2024, wherein, the respondents 1 to 3 herein are directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner within three months, is not complied with.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court as aforesaid has been complied with on 10.10.2025. A communication of the third respondent, dated 23.01.2025 is produced to that effect. 2/5

4.Recording the above said submission and compliance, the Contempt Petition is closed.
