This petition has been filed to set aside the returned endorsement made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaigundam on 14.08.2013 and direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Srivaigundam to issue the legible copies of charge sheet to the petitioner in connection with Cr.M.P.No.9821 of 2013 in P.R.C.No.19 of 2012.

2. The petitioner herein is the first accused in P.R.C.No.19 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam. He filed this application under the provisions of 482 Cr.P.C., in which, he seeking the relief of issuing direction for issuing legible copies of the charge sheet.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State represented that P.R.C.No.19 of 2012 was committed to the Sessions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court and the same was assigned as S.C.No.145 of 2015. Subsequently the said case was disposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi on 10.03.2017. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. 4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
