Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on today under the caption 'for dismissal' with a view to afford a further opportunity to the petitioner. Today, though the case is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
