Side) O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.382 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi dated 23.01.2023 2.Even though this petition has been filed seeking quashment of C.C.No.382 of 2023, the learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer to direct the trial Court namely, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, to dispose of the above said case within a period of three months. The crime number is in the year 2022 and final report was filed in the year 2023.

3.Considering the oldness of the crime, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, to expedite the trial process in C.C.No.382 of 2023, pending on his file and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
