ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The prayer sought for cannot be granted by the writ Court. The issue pertains to the affairs of the third respondent Sangam. According to the petitioner, the respondents 4 and 5 are unauthorisedly claiming to be in management of the Sangam. If the petitioner wants to forbear them from doing so, his remedy is to go before the jurisdictional civil Court. 2/4

3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
