Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LOUSI.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.11991 of 2023, dated 18.08.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12413 of 2023, dated 24.07.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners are hereby fully relaxed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on receiving summons as directed by the trial Court.
