2. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur, has sent a letter in D.No.10/2026 dated 03.01.2026, requesting an extension of time to dispose the case in C.C.No.82 of 2018, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 25.04.2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No. 532 of 2025.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputhur, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case.
