ORDER
Heard the learned senior counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned senior counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.
2.The petitioner's daughter is studying 12th standard in the second respondent school. It appears that there were certain issues. This writ petition has been filed for directing the school management to permit the petitioner's daughter to attend the classes till the completion of the course.
3.I am of the view that we need not go into the factual aspects since the school management has made it clear that there is no objection 2/4
from their end. It is specifically stated that the petitioner's daughter had written the revision examinations held on 03.11.2023, 06.11.2023 and that she is presently writing the revision examination today ie., 08.11.2023. It is further clarified by the learned senior counsel for the school management that the petitioner's daughter can very well attend the classes along with other children.
4.Recording the said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 08.11.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias Issue order copy on 09.11.2023.
