ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner temple so as to enable the petitioner to peacefully manage the temple in the light of the order passed by the learned II Additional District Munsif, Trichy in O.S.No.212 of 2016, dated 10.01.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the first respondent after enquiry, considering the fact that there existed some rival claims, has submitted a requisition to the Tahsildar, Tiruchirappalli East and that the same is pending before the Tahsildar, Tiruchirappalli East.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
