3.If it is so, the first respondent police shall enquire into the matter further. If the claim of the petitioner is established by records, he shall file A.D.R report. If the claim regarding the compromise does not turn out to be true, it is for the respondent police to file final report. 4.These Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
