ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the order dated 16.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.6905 of 2023 in C.C.No.191 of 2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate/Fast Track Court, Tuticorin and set aside the same.

2. The petitioner is the accused in C.C.No.191 of 2022 on the file of the Fast Track (Judicial Magistrate Level) Court, Tuticorin. The petitioner has filed a petition under Section 254 (2) in Cr.M.P.No.6905 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate/Fast Track Court, Tuticorin to examine the defence side witnesses and the same was dismissed on 16.10.2023. Challenging the same, the present Criminal Revision Case has been filed.

3. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner on 20.11.2023, this Court issued notice to the respondent and also granted interim stay. Thereafter, the case was not listed for hearing.

4. On 25.06.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner sent a request letter to the Registrar (Judicial) for listing the case. As per the letter, this case was listed today (i.e) on 08.07.2024.

5. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner received the bundle from him.
