ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 55 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completion of investigation in Crime No.55 of 2022, has filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thirumangalam and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.1231 of 2022. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report filed by the respondent police, if advised so. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
