RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP.(MD). No.20038 of 2022 dated.11.11.2022 in respect of the case in Cr.No.154 of 2022 pending on the file of the Respondent Police. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20038 of 2022, dated 11.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
