2. This contempt petition case has been filed by the petitioner for willful disobedience of the Court's order dated 15.07.2024 in WP(MD) No.20297 of 2021.

3. During the hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has placed compliance report dated 11.03.2025 and would submit that the order of this Court is complied with, the learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed to the same.

4. In my view, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition case. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 19.03.2025 NCC :
