respondents. As regards the representation to Revenue Divisional Officer, learned Government Pleader submitted that it is not received yet.
2. Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:
3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned Writ Petition is disposed of albeit preserving the rights of the Writ Petitioner and or any one concerned with this matter and come back to this Court with the same /
similar prayer after reasonable time [if there is inaction], if so advised and so desired. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
